We explain here what MightAsk collects, why, and the choices you have. We kept it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
MightAsk is a brand of Avenseer Capital LLC (“we”), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA.
What we collect
- Details you give us. When you ask for access, we receive your first and last name, work email, WhatsApp number, the teams that would use MightAsk, team size, country, and city.
- Content you connect. Files and data from the apps, files, or folders you choose to connect, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Your questions and the answers. What you ask MightAsk and what it replies.
How we use it
- To run MightAsk and answer your questions from the content you connected.
- To reply to your requests and set up your access.
- To keep the service secure.
What we do not do
- We do not use your company data, questions, or answers to train AI models.
- We do not edit your content.
- We do not read anything you have not given us permission to use.
Permissions and connections
MightAsk only accesses the apps, files, and folders you give it permission to use. Permission is set for each one, not in general. When you connect Google or Microsoft, they show you a permission screen that lists what you are allowing. You can remove access at any time in your Google or Microsoft account settings. After you remove it, MightAsk can no longer read from that source.
Who can see your data
MightAsk answers from whatever content your company has connected to it. Today, that answer is not filtered by each individual employee's own file permissions in your Google or Microsoft account – anyone in your company with a MightAsk account can receive an answer drawn from any connected content. If some of what you connect should only be visible to part of your team, keep it in a separate folder and connect only the folder meant for everyone. We use trusted cloud providers to host and process data for us. We do not share your information otherwise, unless the law requires it.
Security
MightAsk runs entirely on Google Cloud infrastructure, which is independently certified against ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 27017 (cloud security) and ISO 27018 (cloud privacy), and is regularly audited under SOC 2. Google also supports HIPAA compliance for eligible services. We inherit these protections at the infrastructure level. On top of that, your documents and conversations are reachable only through our own access-controlled backend; the database behind it is closed to any other connection, and questions are answered using paid-tier AI services, which are contractually excluded from being used to train any model. Further detail on our security architecture is available on request. No system is perfectly safe, but we work to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it to run the service or to meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us questions about how we handle it. Send your request through the Contact button on our website.
